What is the legal cost?

RHR generally takes condemnation cases on a contingency fee basis, which means we do not get paid unless you do. It’s especially important to note that we base our fees on amounts we secure for you based on our hard work, knowledge, and experience. As a result, if you receive an offer to settle from the condemning authority and choose to consult with our attorneys afterward, rest assured knowing that the amounts previously offered to you will remain yours, and we will only get paid based on whatever we are able to recover over and above that initial offer.
